Practical help, at your pace

Secure phone selection & setup

Help choosing and configuring a phone around your privacy needs, daily use, and comfort with technology. For families, guidance includes age-appropriate devices, content filters, and safety settings.

Private communications

Set up encrypted messaging and email options, review privacy settings, and establish safer ways to communicate. We explain the limits and trade-offs rather than promise complete anonymity.

Cyberstalking and technology abuse

Review possible monitoring through devices, shared accounts, location services, or social media. Agree on safety-aware next steps and document relevant findings.

Consent-based phone and device checks

With your permission, review phones, laptops, and tablets for signs of stalkerware, unwanted tracking, connected apps, and unauthorized access. Preserve relevant information before making changes.

Identity compromise and digital fraud

Review affected accounts and unfamiliar sign-ins, preserve relevant information, and organize practical account recovery and protection steps.

Data-broker removal and opt-outs

Audit people-search and data-broker exposure, submit opt-out requests, and review public social-media information. Written findings and recurring checks for re-publication can be included in scope.

Personal privacy hardening

Review passwords, multi-factor authentication, connected apps, location sharing, and home-network privacy. Plan safer separation of shared accounts and devices when circumstances change.

Privacy support, in practice

Choose the help that fits your situation. The scope can be a focused setup or review, or ongoing support as your needs change.

Secure phones, device configuration & family guidance
  • Review device choices against your privacy concerns, everyday needs, and ability to maintain the settings.
  • Configure device access protections, account security, app permissions, and appropriate location-sharing settings.
  • For children and teens, agree on age-appropriate access, approved apps, content filtering, and parental controls that fit the family's needs.
  • Explain the setup in plain language and review it as devices, apps, or family needs change. No phone or configuration removes every privacy risk.
Safer communications, location privacy & shared accounts
  • Review encrypted messaging and email options, account access, and connected applications.
  • Identify apps, services, and shared accounts that may reveal your whereabouts or expose personal information.
  • Plan changes to shared accounts and devices during a separation or other change in circumstances.
  • If monitoring or abuse is suspected, agree on a safer sequence before changing access or removing software; changes may alert another person or affect potential evidence.
Privacy cleanup, written plans & ongoing reviews
  • Review exposure across people-search sites, data brokers, public social profiles, and address or phone-number searches.
  • Submit agreed opt-out and removal requests and document findings and completed actions. Removal depends on the source, and information may reappear.
  • Provide a written digital safety plan with practical steps for maintaining protection.
  • Include periodic privacy reviews and checks for new exposure when ongoing support is part of the engagement.

What to expect

First conversation

Share only what feels safe to share. We will clarify your immediate concern, preferred contact method, and what outcome would help.

Consent and scope

Before an examination or other work, we explain the proposed scope and request your authorization. No device or account is accessed without your consent.

Careful documentation

We agree on safe next steps and explain how to preserve relevant information. Avoid deleting or altering potentially relevant material unless safety requires it; we can discuss a safer approach first.

If you believe a device or account may be monitored, use a different device or account you consider safe to contact us.

Common questions

Do I need to know what is happening before I send a message?

No. Describe what you have noticed and what feels concerning. We can discuss whether a technical review may help and what options are appropriate.

Can you help before something goes wrong?

Yes. Secure phone setup, privacy settings, safer communications, and exposure reviews can be preventive work. You do not need to be experiencing stalking or fraud to ask for privacy support.

How is my information handled?

We keep inquiries discreet and use information to respond and coordinate work you authorize. We explain the proposed scope before an examination and do not access devices or accounts without your consent.
