Who We Work With

Technology-enabled abuse takes many forms. The common thread is that the person experiencing it deserves expert help not a DIY checklist.

Cyberstalking Victims

Someone is tracking your location, monitoring your accounts, or using technology to intimidate, harass, or control you. We investigate how, document it, and help you stop it.

Doxxing Targets

Your home address, phone number, workplace, or family members’ information has been posted publicly. We remove it and harden your exposure before more damage is done.

High-Conflict Separations

An abusive or controlling ex-partner has access to your accounts, your devices, or your location. We find it, document it, and help you regain independence safely.

Professionals & Public Figures

Executives, attorneys, healthcare providers, and others whose personal information is a target due to their role or public profile who need proactive privacy protection.

Privacy-Conscious Individuals

You are not in immediate danger but you want to understand what is visible about you online, who is selling your data, and what you can do to reduce your exposure.

Families & Caregivers

A family member a teenager, an elderly parent, an adult child is being harassed or surveilled online and you need professional help to understand and address it.

What We Do

Four service areas each built on the same counter-intelligence, digital forensics, and privacy advisory expertise we bring to enterprise clients.

Cyberstalking Investigation Support

Cyberstalking is a crime. But law enforcement investigations require evidence technically documented, clearly presented, and preserved in a way that holds up. Most victims come to us because they know something is happening but cannot prove it or explain how. We close that gap.

We identify the methods being used to track, surveil, or harass you whether that is stalkerware on a device, location data being accessed through a shared account, unauthorized access to email or social media, or coordinated online harassment. We document findings in a format suitable for law enforcement referral, protective order applications, or civil legal proceedings.

  • Device forensic review for unauthorized monitoring software
  • Account access audit identifying unauthorized sign-ins and connected applications
  • Stalkerware detection and documented removal
  • Timeline reconstruction of surveillance activity
  • Technical findings report for law enforcement or legal use
  • Law enforcement liaison preparation helping you explain the technical evidence to investigators

Digital Footprint Removal

Data brokers, people-search sites, and public records aggregators collect and sell your personal information your home address, phone number, relatives’ names, employment history, and daily routines. For someone being stalked or harassed, that information is a roadmap. For anyone who values privacy, it is an exposure they did not choose.

We conduct a comprehensive audit of your current digital exposure finding where your information appears and what it reveals. Then we execute removal requests across the major data broker networks and people-search platforms, monitor for re-publication, and provide a detailed report of what was found and removed.

  • Comprehensive exposure audit across major data broker platforms
  • Opt-out and removal request execution not a DIY guide, actual submissions
  • People-search site removal (Spokeo, WhitePages, BeenVerified, Intelius, and others)
  • Social media exposure review identifying publicly visible information you may not realize is visible
  • Reverse address and phone number search audit
  • Ongoing monitoring for new exposure (available as a recurring service)
  • Detailed written report of findings and completed removals

Privacy Hardening & Ongoing Protection

Removing existing exposure and documenting ongoing surveillance is the starting point. Staying safe requires making it harder for the next intrusion to happen. We assess your current device security, account configurations, and daily digital habits then build practical, sustainable changes that match how you actually live and work.

This is not a lecture about what you should have done differently. It is a working session that results in a more defensible digital life accounts that cannot be accessed without your knowledge, devices that do not leak your location, and communications that cannot be monitored.

  • Device security audit and hardening (phone, laptop, tablet)
  • Account security review passwords, MFA configuration, connected apps audit
  • Location privacy assessment apps, settings, and services sharing your whereabouts
  • Safe communications setup encrypted messaging and email options
  • Separation planning for shared accounts and devices
  • Digital safety plan written, practical steps for maintaining protection over time
  • Periodic review sessions for ongoing clients

Digital & AI End-of-Life Planning

Traditional estate planning captures your assets and final wishes. It does not capture what your AI knows the legal claims in progress, the vendor disputes with deadlines, the business relationships that need a single phone call to preserve, or the medical protocols you have spent years refining. For anyone who uses AI regularly, that gap can cost a family everything they would have needed to act on.

We help you document what matters before it matters. And we help survivors navigate what their loved one was managing using the AI account itself as the most complete briefing document available.

  • Complete online account inventory financial, social, professional, subscription with survivor access planning
  • AI conversation history advisory extracting and documenting what the AI holds about your active affairs
  • Spouse and survivor handover document, written in plain English for a non-technical family member
  • Executor briefing legal and financial action steps with deadlines surfaced from AI context
  • Decision profile how you think and make decisions, so the AI can guide survivors consistently with your approach
  • Survivor prompt library what to ask the AI, in what order, in the first 72 hours
  • Annual review to keep the package current as your life and AI usage evolve

Fifteen Years. Everyday People. Real Results.

Long before cyberstalking had a name in most state statutes, we were helping individuals understand what was being done to them, document it, and take back control. This is not a service we added because the market was there. It is work we have been doing since before most privacy tools existed because the need was real and the skills applied directly.

The same counter-intelligence tradecraft, digital forensics methodology, and privacy expertise we bring to enterprise security programs is what we apply to individual cases. The difference is scale, not rigor. Your situation receives the same quality of analysis as a Fortune 100 security engagement sized appropriately for what you are dealing with.

15+ Years serving individuals with digital safety services
4 Countries where our forensic work has been referenced in legal proceedings
100% Confidentiality in every individual engagement, no exceptions

Our founder, Kenneth Vignali, is a 100% permanently and totally disabled U.S. Army veteran whose service included intelligence operations and physical protection assignments experience that directly informs how we approach surveillance, threat assessment, and individual safety.

How It Works

We keep the process simple, private, and judgment-free. You do not need to have everything figured out to reach out.

1

Confidential Consultation

A private conversation to understand your situation, what you are experiencing, and what outcome you need. No judgment, no minimizing. We take what you are describing seriously.

2

Scoped Engagement

We outline exactly what we will do, what it will cost, and what you will have at the end. No surprises. Services are scoped to your actual situation not a package that does not fit.

3

Investigation & Action

We do the work. Forensic review, removal submissions, account hardening, documentation. We communicate progress throughout and explain what we are finding in plain language.

4

Findings & Deliverables

You receive a written report of what was found, what was done, and what remains. For investigation cases, documentation is formatted for law enforcement or legal use if needed.

Podcast Appearance Slam the Gavel June 2023

Cynthia Eufracio With Kenneth Vignali: Cyberstalking, CPS, and Technology-Enabled Abuse

Kenneth appeared on Slam the Gavel, a podcast focused on legal system accountability and survivor experiences, to discuss a complex case involving alleged cyberstalking, technology-enabled harassment, and family court disputes in Texas. The episode documents the role Kenneth played: cyberstalking investigation, physical security, threat assessment, evidence collection, and documentation of events surrounding a 2022 incident in Katy, Texas including his direct involvement in supporting Cynthia Eufracio through CPS and family court proceedings.

This is one of the clearest public examples of how individual digital safety work intersects with legal proceedings, protective services, and survivor advocacy and why documentation discipline matters from the first moment of involvement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you help with digital safety services?

We work with individuals dealing with cyberstalking, doxxing, technology-enabled harassment, unwanted surveillance, and privacy exposure. This includes people going through high-conflict separations, public figures, professionals targeted online, and anyone who needs expert help reclaiming control of their digital presence.

Is this service confidential?

Yes. Every engagement is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose client identities, the nature of their situations, or any details of our work to any third party. Discretion is not optional in this work it is the foundation of it.

What is a cyberstalking investigation?

A cyberstalking investigation identifies and documents the methods, accounts, and technical means being used to monitor, harass, or locate an individual. We trace the technical mechanisms, identify the access points, and produce documentation suitable for law enforcement referral or civil legal proceedings.

How long does digital footprint removal take?

Initial removal from major data brokers and people-search sites typically takes two to six weeks. Some platforms process requests faster than others, and new exposure can appear over time as these sites re-aggregate data. We provide a full audit, execute the removals, and offer ongoing monitoring for clients who need continued coverage.

Do I need to provide my devices physically?

It depends on the service. Stalkerware detection and forensic review typically requires access to the device either in person or through a structured remote session, depending on the situation. Digital footprint removal and account security work can typically be done remotely. We will advise on the right approach once we understand your situation.

What if I am not sure whether what I am experiencing is stalking?

Reach out anyway. Part of our role is helping you understand whether what you are experiencing reflects a real technical threat unauthorized access, location tracking, device surveillance or another explanation. We would rather you ask and find out everything is fine than wait and discover it was not.

Your Situation Deserves Expert Attention

A confidential consultation costs you nothing but time. We will tell you clearly what we can do, what we would need, and what the outcome would look like before any commitment.
